Hai T. Pham is an American dentist and politician serving as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives for the 36th district. Elected in November 2022, he assumed office on January 9, 2023.
Pham was born in Malaysia, the son of immigrants who fled Vietnam amid the Sino-Vietnamese War. He moved to Corvallis, Oregon, as a child.[2] Pham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Oregon State University in 2002 and a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the Oregon Health & Science University.[3]
