Hakata Gensuke is a Japanese ramen restaurant franchise headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.[1][2][3][4] It is a subsidiary of the Japanese ramen brand Ikkousha and is owned by the restaurateur and chef Kousuke Yoshimura.[1]
