Halim Jakova-Gostivari (1878–1927) was an Albanian politician, lawyer and public official who served as the first director of the Albanian State Police, a post which he held for three separate terms.[1]

He completed his primary education in his hometown, while in 1905 enrolled as a student at the American institution Robert College in Istanbul, where he graduated in law.[2]
