Han Xuejian (Chinese: 韩学键; born November 1961) is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province.[2] He was investigated by the Chinese Communist Party's anti-graft agency in December 2014.[3] Previously he served as the Communist Party Secretary of Daqing, and a Standing Committee of CCP Heilongjiang Provincial Committee.

Han was a member of the 11th National People's Congress.[4]

Chinese media reported that he had close relations with Wang Yongchun, who is the former vice-president of PetroChina.[5]
