Hanan Mohamed Abdelrahman is an Egyptian mathematics educator, the 2017 winner of the Holmboe Prize.[1][2]
Hanan Mohamed Abdelrahman is originally from Egypt, where her father was an engineer and her mother was a banker. She came to Norway with her husband, a Sudanese immigrant to Norway, in 2002.[3] She has a master's degree in mathematics education,[2] and is a teacher at Lofsrud Skole, a secondary school near Oslo.[1][2]
