Harry Oswald Bell (25 January 1897 – 9 August 1980) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Carlton in the Victorian Football League (VFL).[1]
Bell's football career began at Preston in the Victorian Junior Football Association and during this time he was also a flyweight division boxer.[2] Bell moved to Carlton in 1920, where he played in the senior side from 1921 until 1927. He also served as secretary from 1940 to 1951.[3][4]
He named a Life Member of Carlton, and in 1958 co-authored The Carlton Story with the prominent Argus journalist Hugh Buggy.[5]
