Heliophanus sororius is a species of jumping spider in the family Salticidae.[2] It is found in Lesotho and South Africa and is commonly known as the Golden Gate Heliophanus sunny jumping spider.[3]

Heliophanus sororius is found in Lesotho and South Africa.[2] Within South Africa, it is known from three provinces: Eastern Cape, Free State, and Mpumalanga.[3]

Habitat and ecology

This species is a plant-dweller sampled from the Grassland Biome at altitudes ranging from 1328 to 2398 m.[3]
