Hell Is a State of Mind is the sixth studio album by Finnish metal band Lost Society, released on 6 March 2026, through Nuclear Blast.[4] It spawned several singles including "Blood Diamond"[5][6] and "Is This What You Wanted".[7][8] The album will be performed live in its entirety at Helsinki's Tavastia club on 2 April 2026.[9] With this album, the band continues to solidify their nu metal, metalcore, and groove metal direction from the previous album If the Sky Came Down.[10]
