Hellwigia is a genus of ichneumonid wasps.[2][3] A specimen of the species was reared by scientists for the first time in the Netherlands.[3] Though formerly considered part of the subfamily Campopleginae[4], phylogenetic research has since transferred the genus to Ophioninae.[2][5]
