Hemi Hossain is a Bangladeshi-Australian entrepreneur, business coach, author, and keynote speaker based in Melbourne, Australia.[1][2]

Hossain was born in Bangladesh and later settled in Melbourne, Australia.[1][2] He earned a degree in Business Information Systems from RMIT University and subsequently became an Australian citizen.[1][2]
Career
Hossain began his career in corporate positions at Telstra, MYOB, and ANZ.[1][3] In 2015, he left corporate employment to establish his own business ventures.[2]
He served as Founding Director of Careers Club Australia, a career development organisation, and spoke at a leadership seminar at BRAC University in Dhaka in March 2016.[4][5][6]
Hossain founded Melbourne Metropolitan College, a Registered Training Organisation in Victoria, Australia, and served as its chief executive officer.[7] He subsequently founded NeXgen Global Group, a company with operations across Australia and Asia.[1][3]
Hossain operates Grow With Hemi, a business coaching platform.[1] He serves on the board of Global Youth Mental Health Awareness (GYMHA) Inc.[1][3]
