Hendri Susilo (born 11 December 1965) is an Indonesian professional football coach who is the head coach of Super League club Malut United.
He holds an AFC Pro license. Susilo is the only Indonesian head coach in the top-tier Super League the 2025 season.[1][2]
Susilo began his managerial career leading the Indonesia national under-18 team at the AFC U-17 Asian Cup qualifiers from 2005 to 2007. He manage Persisam Putra Samarinda (2011–2012), before serving as assistant coach at Persija Jakarta and Sriwijaya.[3]
He took charge of Persiraja Banda Aceh and successfully led them to promotion to Liga 1 in 2019. He achieved Liga 2 survival with Semen Padang in 2022 and Sriwijaya in 2024.[4][5][6]
