The Hepburn Ministry was the cabinet of the Government of Ontario (formally the Executive Council of Ontario) from July 10, 1934 , to October 21, 1942. It was led by Liberal Premier Mitch Hepburn, the 11th Premier of Ontario, and consist of members of the Ontario Liberal Party.

The ministry was formed as a result of the Liberal Party's victory in the 1934 Ontario general election. After being in the wilderness for almost thirty years, they ousted the incumbent Conservative Henry ministry in spectacular fashion, securing more then two-third of the seats in the 19th Parliament of Ontario on their own, and could count on addition support from allies who were elected as Liberal-Progressives, United Farmers, and Liberal-Labour. The ministry renewed its governing mandate in the 1937 election, again securing more than two-third of the seats in the 20th Parliament of Ontario.

The Hepburn ministry dissolved, strictly speaking, on October 21, 1942 when Hepburn resigned the premiership and arranged to have his designated successor Gordon Conant appointed as Premier without having secured the buy-in from his cabinet, caucus or party. The move triggered a tumultuous period of infighting that quickly led to elecion defeat. The two successor ministries, the Conant ministry and Nixon ministry, were both short lived and consisted ministers carry over from this ministry, largely remaining in the same roles. They were in essence transitory continual arrangements of the Hepburn ministry.
