Hipólito Verdugo Espinoza (born 11 February 1901 – died 23 March 1984) was a Chilean politician who served as deputy of the Republic.[1]

Verdugo Espinoza was born on 11 February 1901.[1]

Political career

Verdugo Espinoza was initially a member of the Nueva Acción Pública party. He later joined the Radical Party.[1]

In the parliamentary elections of 1933, he was elected Deputy for the Sixth Departmental Grouping (Quillota and Valparaíso), serving during the 1933–1937 legislative period. During this term, he was a member of the Standing Committee on Medical-Social Assistance and Hygiene.[1]

He was re-elected for the same constituency for the 1937–1941 legislative period, during which he served on the Standing Committee on Labor and Social Legislation.[1]
