Ho Jong-man (Korean: 허종만; born February 22, 1935 in Goseong County)[1] is a North Korean politician who served as the third chairman of Chongryon, an association of North Korean residents in Japan. Formerly vice-chairman of the association since July 1993, he succeeded So Man-sul in May 2012 after his death.[2] He is also a deputy of the Supreme People's Assembly.

In Japan, with which there are no diplomatic relations, he is the de facto ambassador from North Korea.[3]
