Horní Řepčice (German: Ober Repsch) is a municipality and village in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.

Horní Řepčice lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of Litoměřice, 19 km (12 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 54 km (34 mi) north of Prague.
