Hoti Lal Agarwal (12 January 1901 – 13 September 1980) was an Indian politician and served as a Member of Parliament in 1st Lok Sabha from Jalaun District cum Etawah District (West) cum Jhansi District (North) constituency.[1]

Hoti Lal Agarwal married Shrimati Sushila Devi Agarwal on 5 April 1927, and the couple has 4 sons and 3 daughters.[3]
