Hrant Ayvazyan (Armenian: Հրանտ Այվազյան; 14 September 1969 – 6 February 2024) was an Armenian politician, Member of the National Assembly of Armenia of Bright Armenia's faction.[1]
Ayvazyan died in a traffic collision on 6 February 2024, at the age of 54.[2][3][4]
Born in Vanadzor (formerly Kirovakan), Ayvazyan spent his early years in his hometown. He served in the armed forces of the USSR from 1988 to 1989. Following his military service, he pursued higher education at the Kirovakan branch of the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, where he graduated in 1992 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.[5]
