Huang Chen-ya MBE (Chinese: 黃震遐; born 4 November 1939[citation needed]) is a Hong Kong neurologist and former politician. He was a member of the Democratic Party and was the member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (1991–97) for Hong Kong Island West.[1]
