Huber, Georgia From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Unincorporated community in Georgia, US Huber is an unincorporated community in Twiggs County, in the U.S. state of Georgia.[1] Variant names were "Philip" and "Philip Station".[1] The present name is after J.M.
