Ian Paul Laguatan Dy (born May 31, 1981)[1] is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as representative of the 3rd District of Isabela in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2019.[3][4]
Dy was born on May 31, 1981 in Quezon City, to a prominent political family in Isabela. He studied Toowoomba Grammar School for his secondary education.[1]
