Icius jacksoni is a species of spider in the family Salticidae.[2] It is endemic to South Africa and is commonly known as Jackson's Icius jumping spider.[3]
Icius jacksoni is known only from South Africa.[2] The species has been recorded from the Northern Cape, specifically from Richtersveld National Park at Sendelingsdrift camp. It occurs at an altitude of approximately 912 m.[3]
Habitat and ecology
This species is a ground-dwelling spider.[3]
