Idiosaura is an extinct genus of reptile that inhabited Virginia during the Carnian stage of the Late Triassic It contains the species I. virginiensis. It is only known from a partial lower jaw, which is similar to members of Kuehneosauridae of which Idiosaura may be a member, though it is too fragmentary to be certain.[1]
