Idrees Bashir (/ˈɪdrs bəˈʃɪər/ ID-reess bə-SHEER; born December 7, 1978) is an American former professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Memphis Tigers. He was selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the second round of the 2001 NFL draft.

Bashir was also a member of the Carolina Panthers and Detroit Lions.
