Ifigeneia Asteriadi (1967 – 8 May 2024) was a Greek actress who appeared on stage, in film and on television.[1]
Asteriadi was born in Athens in 1967, she was the daughter of actor Dimitris Asteriadis.[2] She graduated from the Theodosiadis Athens Drama School.[3] She was a long-term collaborator with director Yannis Kakleas.[4] She had a career on stage starring in such plays as "Accidental Death of an Anarchist", "The Taming of the Shrew", "Bullets Over Broadway" and "Cyrano".[5] Asteriadi died on 8 May 2024.[6] She had been diagnosed with cancer.[2]
