Igor Lvovich Belchuk (Russian: Игорь Львович Бельчук; born on 15 May 1947), is a Russian politician and businessman who had served as the acting Governor of Primorsky Krai in spring 2001.[1]

He had been the Vice Governor of Primorsky Krai from 1993 to 2001. He has been the Director of the Far Eastern Regional Directorate of PJSC Promsvyazbank, since 2003.

He is a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Engineering.[2]
