Igor Shukhovtsev (Ukrainian: Ігор Вікторович Шуховцев; born 13 July 1971) is a Ukrainian former professional football play and manager. A former goalkeeper, he holds the record for the most goals allowed in the Ukrainian Premier League with 493.[1]
