Ilyas Sultanovich Akhmedov (Russian: Ильяс Султанович Ахмедов; born 2 April 2007) is a Russian football player who plays as a centre-back for Dynamo Makhachkala.
Akmedov was raised in the academy of Dynamo Makhachkala. He made his senior team debut for Dynamo on 30 July 2025 in a Russian Cup game against Pari Nizhny Novgorod.[1] He debuted in the Russian Premier League for Dynamo on 13 March 2026 in a game against Orenburg.[2]
