Ilyas Lefrancq (Arabic: إلياس ليفرانك; born 3 December 2003) is a professional footballer who plays for Challenger Pro League club Patro Eisden Maasmechelen.[1] Born in Belgium, he is a former youth international for Morocco.
Lefrancq made his professional debut for OH Leuven on 3 April 2022 in the home match against Antwerp, when he was subbed on for Mathieu Maertens with ten minutes left on the clock.[citation needed]
On 17 June 2022, Lefrancq signed a two-year contract with Mechelen.[2]
On 7 September 2023, he joined AEK Athens on a three-year deal.[3]
On 13 August 2025, Lefrancq returned to Belgium and signed with Patro Eisden Maasmechelen.[4]
