Ukrainian business executive and architect

Iryna Terekh (born 1992) is a Ukrainian architect and business executive. After training as an architect and running a company that produces outdoor furniture and architectural concrete, she rose to attention upon becoming the Director of Production of casting group-turned-defense contractor Fire Point after the Russian Invasion of Ukraine. Since then, she became the CTO of Fire Point and currently serves as CEO.

Biography
She was born and raised in Kharkiv.[1] She has discussed how her first serious job was selling phones at the age of 14, a job she stated she got "through fraud".[2]
She studied at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, where she studied architecture,[3] but left after her third year. She later explained this decision was to focus on her business and her two children, and that she had decided studies could wait.[2]
She worked for Andriy Vavrish at his development company Saga Development as a director,[4][2] before developing her own company, TEREKH.group. It first produced architectural models, but after the Maidan, she decided to change to architectural concrete and expand to street furniture and modern street spaces. Main products included concrete pots, landscape decorations, and washbasins. She also ran a real estate agency.[2][5][6]
She is also the co-owner of sporting goods manufacturer Poshupark, experimental production and R&D company Stellar Jet, and Falcon Technologies, and also runs Frieden Ukraine, which provides meals and distributes aid.[2]
She began working at Fire Point,[5] which had recently transformed from a casting agency into a defense company,[7] in 2023,[5] where she served as the Head of Production.[8] She became known as the mind behind the FP-5 Flamingo,[9] better known as the Pink Flamingo[10] due to it being painted pink during testing.[11] She later also became the CTO of Fire Point,[12] and simultaneously served as CEO.[13][14] She has been a major voice to the media.[15][16]
She has been embroiled in the corruption probe around Fire Point.[17]
In 2024, she left Fire Point to run her own collaborating company due to disputes between her and other leaders, but the company was bought by Fire Point in May 2026.[18]
As of June 2026, she is CEO of Fire Point.[19] She has worked on constructing a chemical plant in Denmark in addition to the dozens of factories in Ukraine.[20]
She participated in the 2026 Bilderberg Conference, which was held in April in Washington, DC: she was the only woman from Ukraine listed in attendance.[21]
