Isabel Turner (April 6, 1936 – October 26, 2021) was a British-born Canadian politician, who was Mayor of Kingston, Ontario from 2000 to 2003.[1][2] She served as a board member of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission of the Ontario Ministry of Tourism and Culture between 2006 and 2012.[3]
Turner died of pneumonia at Kingston General Hospital on October 26, 2021, at the age of 85.[4]
