In the near future, Issy will become a transfer station on Line 15 of the Paris Metro. It is part of the Grand Paris Express project, and will open in autumn 2027.[3][4] A new station is being built at a depth of 20 metres (66 ft) under Avenue de Verdun. A new tramway line to La Croix de Berny and an extension of Metro Line 12 to Issy are also under consideration.
