Jack Thomas Howland (born 8 August 2006) is an English footballer who plays as a winger for Barnet on loan from EFL Championship club Millwall.

Career

Howland joined the Millwall academy at under-9s level,[2] progressing through the academy to sign a first professional contract in July 2024.[3]

On 26 August 2025, he made his senior debut for the Lions in a 2–1 EFL Cup Second Round victory over Coventry City.[4][5] In December 2025, he signed a new long-term deal with the Lions.[6]

On 3 February 2026, Howland joined League Two club Barnet on loan for the remainder of the 2025–26 season.[7]
