Jack Hoyne (born 28 February 1880) was an Irish hurler who played as a full-back for the Kilkenny senior team.

Born in Tullaroan, County Kilkenny, Hoyne first arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of twenty-one when he first linked up with the Kilkenny senior team. He made his senior debut during the 1902 championship. Hoyne went on to become a regular member of the starting fifteen and won two All-Ireland medals and four Leinster medals.[1][2]

At club level Hoyne was a seven-time county championship medallist with Tullaroan.

Hoyne retired from inter-county hurling during the 1907 championship.
