Jack Dalziel Smith (born 19 June 1991) in Stockton-on-Tees is a British wheelchair rugby athlete. He was a member of the Great Britain national wheelchair rugby team at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, when the team won the gold medal.[1][2]
