Jacques Mailhot (December 5, 1961 – October 2025) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played five games in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Quebec Nordiques during the 1988–89 season. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1987 to 2000, was spent in various minor leagues. Mailhot died in October 2025, at the age of 63.[1]
