James Edduba is a Filipino politician who is the Governor of Kalinga since 2022. Prior to this he served as mayor of Pasil and became vice governor of Kalinga. He is a member of the Lakas–CMD party.[1]
James Sagmayao Edduba was born in Pasil, Kalinga, his father was Juan Edduba and his mother is Zenaida Sagmayao Edduba, he went to college in San Sebastian College, Manila and received a Degree in Political Science on 1994.[2]
