James H. Mulligan Jr. (October 29, 1920 – January 12, 1996) was an American electrical engineer and professor.[1] He was dean and professor emeritus of electrical and computer engineering of University of California, Irvine and former secretary and executive officer of the National Academy of Engineering.[1]
