Jani Meriläinen (born 18 July 1974) is a Finnish football coach and a former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is currently working for Inter Turku youth sector and for the development of goalkeeping coaching in the club.[1][2]
Born in Rovaniemi, Meriläinen started football in a local club RoPS. He played in Veikkausliiga with the RoPS first team, Inter Turku and KooTeePee. He retired as a player after the 2003 season.
