Jawar is a nagar panchayat and a town in Sehore District of Madhya Pradesh, India. It is also a tehsil.[1]
Jawar is located at 23°00′N 76°30′E / 23.00°N 76.50°E. It has an average elevation of 303 metres (994 feet). Newaj River Flows In town.It is located near Vindhyachal Range and surrounded by mountains.[2]
