John Edward "Jay" Town[1] (born August 26, 1973)[2] is an American attorney and former government official who served as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama from August 2017 to July 2020.[3] Town had previously served as a senior prosecutor in the Madison County District Attorney's Office.[4]
