Jaylon Moore (born January 9, 1998) is an American professional football offensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the San Francisco 49ers with the 155th pick of the 2021 NFL draft.[1] He played college football for the Western Michigan Broncos.

Moore was ranked as a twostar recruit by 247Sports.com coming out of high school.[2] He committed to Western Michigan on June 7, 2015.[3] He was a tight end in high school, but converted to offensive lineman in college.[4]
