Jeffrey Roger Hartsock (born November 19, 1966) is an American former Major League Baseball right-handed pitcher who played for the Chicago Cubs in 1992.

A native of Fairfield, Ohio, Hartsock is an alumnus of North Carolina State University, where he played college baseball for the Wolfpack from 1986 to 1988.[1] In 1987, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Orleans Cardinals of the Cape Cod Baseball League.[2][3]
