Kopa played for Chrobry Szczecin and AZS Poznań.
Coaching career
Jerzy Kopa managed Arkonia Szczecin, Stal Stalowa Wola, Lech Poznań, Pogoń Szczecin, Legia Warsaw,[3] Zagłębie Sosnowiec[4] and Olimpia Poznań.[5]
