Jiban Krishna Saha, is an Indian politician and a MLA from Trinamool Congress [1][2] [3] elected from the Burwan constituency in the 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election. On 17 April 2023 he was arrested by the CBI at 5 am in connection with alleged State School Service Commission (SSC) recruitment scam. On August 25, 2025, he has been arrested by ED for same.
