Jocelyn Alexander Rowe (4 January 1886 – 28 May 1956) was an English footballer who played made one appearance as a right-back in the Football League for Manchester United.[4] He represented the Irish League XI.[4]
Rowe enlisted in the British Army in January 1900, two days after he turned 14.[5] He served as a colour sergeant in the East Surrey Regiment during the First World War.[1]
