Joseph Albert Haydon (March 1, 1945 – November 24, 2025) was an American politician from Kentucky who was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1997 to 2005. Haydon was first elected in 1996, after incumbent representative Kenny Rapier retired.[1] He did not seek reelection in 2004 and was succeeded by Republican David Floyd.[2] Haydon died on November 24, 2025, at the age of 80.[3]
