Joe Carlucci (1928 or 1929 — January 25, 1986) was an American politician and insurance agent. He was a member of the Florida Senate and the Jacksonville City Council. He died at 57.[1]
Carlucci was born in New York City, New York.[1] In 1945, Carlucci moved from New York City to Florida where he graduated from Florida State University and the University of Miami Law School.[1]
