Johanna Tukiainen (born July 29, 1978) is a Finnish former television personality and singer.[1][2]
Tukiainen first became known in March 2008 with a news report that Finland's foreign minister, Ilkka Kanerva, had been sending her sexually suggestive text messages. Tukiainen then sold the messages to the tabloid magazine Hymy.[3] Kanerva insisted he would remain foreign minister but had to resign due to pressure from his party, the National Coalition Party.[4][5][6][7]
Early life
Tukiainen grew up in Laajasalo, Helsinki. She studied music at Laajasalo Upper Comprehensive School, and graduated in 1997. She has also studied in other schools, but never graduated in academics.[citation needed]
