John Michael Baxley (born August 24, 1956) is an American politician and attorney.[1] He served as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 65th District from 1986 to 1998. Baxley is a Republican.[2]
Baxley graduated from Hartsville High School in 1974, Clemson University in 1978 and the University of South Carolina in 1982.[3]
