Design and development

The aircraft was designed as a tandem glider for flight training and as such was referred to as the Quest Bi, indicating "bi-place" or two seater.[1]

The aircraft's 14.5 m (47.6 ft) span wing has 52 cells, a wing area of 42 m2 (450 sq ft) and an aspect ratio of 5:1. The pilot weight range is 155 to 200 kg (342 to 441 lb). The glider is AFNOR Biplace certified.[1]

Operational history

Reviewer Noel Bertrand noted the very low price of the Quest Bi in a 2003 review, saying "the prices are very interesting".[1]
